Contact Us
The best way to reach the My Wheel Name team is email: contact@mywheelname.com. One inbox, real humans, every message read — we aim to reply within a few business days. Short messages are fine; "the wheel does X on my phone and I expected Y" is a perfectly good bug report.
What to contact us about: bug reports (tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — mentioning your device and browser helps us reproduce it faster); feature and preset ideas (many presets on the site started as a user suggestion, so if a wheel you need doesn't exist, ask); corrections (an outdated team list, a wrong trivia answer, or an error in a guide — point us at it and we'll fix it); privacy and data requests (access, correction, or deletion requests are handled per our Privacy Policy — use the same email address and mention "privacy request" in the subject line); and business or advertising queries.
Before you write, two quick self-serve options solve most questions: the User Guide at /guides covers every feature — wheel modes, presets, saving, sharing, weights, and customization — and the About page explains how the wheel's randomness works and where preset data comes from.
Questions, answered
Can I customise the Contact Us?
Yes. You can edit the entries, change segment colours, add weights so certain options come up more often, switch sounds, and pick winner behaviour (single pick, multi-pick, or eliminate-after-pick).
Is the spin actually random?
Yes. The result uses the browser's cryptographic random source, so every option has an equal chance unless you've weighted entries. There's no house bias and no remembered "due" outcomes.
Does the wheel work on phones?
Yes. The wheel is fully responsive, so spinning on a phone or tablet works the same as desktop. Touch controls feel natural and the wheel scales to whatever screen you've got.
Is the Contact Us free to use?
Yes. The wheel runs entirely in your browser, no account required for the basic spin. Sign in only if you want to save custom wheels or share them with a link.
