The best way to reach the My Wheel Name team is email: contact@mywheelname.com. One inbox, real people, and every message read. We aim to reply within a few business days, and short messages are genuinely fine. Telling us the wheel did one thing on your phone when you expected another is a perfectly good bug report.
Bug reports help most when you say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Mentioning your device and browser lets us reproduce the problem much faster. Feature and preset ideas are wanted too, since plenty of presets on the site began as a user suggestion, so if the wheel you need doesn't exist yet, ask for it.
Corrections are always welcome, whether that's an outdated team list, a wrong trivia answer, or a mistake in a guide. Point us at it and we will fix it. Privacy and data requests covering access, correction, or deletion are handled as set out in our Privacy Policy: use the same email address and put privacy request in the subject line. Business and advertising queries reach us at the same place.
Two self serve options answer most questions before you write. The User Guide at /guides covers every feature, including wheel modes, presets, saving, sharing, weights, and customisation. The About page explains how the randomness works and where the preset data comes from.

Quick Guide
The Standard and Multi Wheels:
Spin the wheel to select a single name from the Standard wheel or two names at once from the Multi wheel. There are multiple ways to add names into the wheel, you can type, drag and drop, paste and import names from text and CVS document as well as Google Classroom.
Presets:
We've created some great and unique Presets. Open up the Preset menu in the nav bar and select one to load into the wheel or Multi Wheel. We have everything from Sports to Colors and the Fun ones like Yes/No, Rock-Paper-Scissors and even Nearby Places if you can't choose your next outing location.
Options:
You can use Options to choose a few winners at a time, remove them after a spin or let all names be selected in sequence with the Elimination feature.
My Wheels:
Save your wheel configurations with the names you added and customizations you applied, then save them in the My Wheels menu in the nav bar. Once a wheel has been saved, you can Share it and let others use your creation (you need to be signed in to save and share wheels).
Customization:
We offer many wheel customizations. You can use our wheel color presets, change individual wheel segments, the color of the spin button and much more. There are so many customizations for you to explore and make the wheel your own.
