What Is the Random T20I Cricket Team Generator?

Pick a random T20I cricket nation with a single spin. Free international cricket team generator for games, predictions, and quizzes. Sports team wheels are useful for watch parties, prediction games, drafts, challenges, and fan content.

How to Use the Random T20I Cricket Team Generator?

  1. 1

Open the Random T20I Cricket Team Generator. All 28 teams load with equal odds, Afghanistan, Australia and Bangladesh among them.

  2. 2

Trim the field if your game calls for it: take Afghanistan out for an underdog run, or keep only the teams still in contention.

  3. 3

Press SPIN. The wheel settles on one of the 28 and the result card names your T20I Internationals team.

  4. 4

Drawing for a group? Turn on Remove Winners so Hong Kong cannot come up twice, then spin once per person.

  5. 5

Save the trimmed wheel under "My Wheels" and the next T20I Internationals draw opens on your teams rather than all 28.

What Is on the T20I Internationals Wheel

The wheel holds the whole T20I Internationals field: 28 teams, each with an identical slice. Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, Denmark and England are among them.

Equal slices mean the T20I Internationals draw does not quietly favour the teams you would expect it to. Afghanistan comes up exactly as often as Hong Kong, which is the part that matters when the result has to look fair to everyone watching it land.

At 28 teams, the T20I Internationals wheel leaves room for a group to take one each and still have something to offer the last person. Turning on Remove Winners narrows the field as you go, which keeps the later picks meaningful instead of handing somebody a team that has already gone.

The Format That Widened the Field

Twenty over internationals did something the longer formats never managed: they made upsets ordinary. A single good bowling spell or twenty destructive balls can settle a match, which compresses the gap between a top ranked side and one nobody has heard of.

That is why the T20 international list is so much longer than the fifty over one. Dozens of associate nations play the format, and qualifying tournaments regularly produce results that would be unthinkable across five days.

For a wheel, that changes what a random draw means. Getting handed a lower ranked side in a T20 pool is not the write off it would be in a Test match context, so there is less reason to trim the list than in any other cricket format here.

Quick Guide

Make it your own:

The T20I Cricket wheel is a starting point, not a fixed list. Add your own entries by typing them, pasting a list, dragging a file in, or importing a .txt or .csv file or a Google Classroom roster.

More wheels:

The Preset menu in the nav bar holds the rest: sports team generators, trivia rounds, colour and shade pickers, quick decision wheels like Yes or No and Coin Flip, and Nearby Places for picking somewhere to go.

Save and share:

Sign in to keep a wheel under My Wheels with its entries and colours intact, then share the link so everyone else spins the exact same setup.
