Random Workout Generator
Spin to get a random workout focus and exercise. Free workout randomizer and exercise generator. Never skip a decision again!
What Is the Random Workout Generator?
The Random Workout Generator pairs two wheels, one for the training focus covering legs, push, pull, core, full body and mobility, and one for the specific exercise. Push and incline bench. Legs and Bulgarian split squat. Core and hollow hold.
It removes the slowest part of training, which is deciding what to do, and replaces it with a spin and a commitment.
How to Use the Random Workout Generator?
- 1
Open the Random Workout Generator. Two wheels load together, an outer ring and an inner one.
- 2
Check both lists and edit either ring so the options fit your situation.
- 3
Press SPIN once. Both rings turn together and stop independently.
- 4
Read the combined result: one pick from each ring makes the full answer.
- 5
Lock a ring to keep half the answer fixed while you respin the other, then save the pairing under "My Wheels".
Random Workout Generator Use Cases
It earns its place on the days you'd otherwise skip, when motivation is low and a structured programme feels like too much. Home trainers without a fixed split use it, along with travellers facing an unfamiliar hotel gym, beginners who want variety without researching it, and clients keeping things ticking over between sessions. Couples and housemates spin once and both do the same session, which ends the debate about whose programme wins today. Streamers use it for charity challenges where chat picks the categories and the wheel picks the moves.
Pairing Tips
The defaults cover compound lifts, accessory work, bodyweight options and mobility, but the value is in customising. Edit the focus wheel for the equipment you actually have and drop anything you can't access. Edit the exercise wheel for your level, removing moves you aren't ready for or have an injury history with. Weight the movements you want to see more often and the wheel respects it.
Save it as your home gym or hotel gym wheel and you have a session generator on your phone that costs almost no effort. Pair it with a timer for circuits, or a notebook to track what came up this week, and spin between sets without juggling tabs.
How-To
Quick Guide
Make it your own:
The Workout wheel is a starting point, not a fixed list. Add your own entries by typing them, pasting a list, dragging a file in, or importing a .txt or .csv file or a Google Classroom roster.
More wheels:
The Preset menu in the nav bar holds the rest: sports team generators, trivia rounds, colour and shade pickers, quick decision wheels like Yes or No and Coin Flip, and Nearby Places for picking somewhere to go.
Save and share:
Sign in to keep a wheel under My Wheels with its entries and colours intact, then share the link so everyone else spins the exact same setup.
